Il quartiere fieristico
Uno spazio espositivo tra i più moderni e all'avanguardia in Europa e leader in Italia
 Il Quartiere Fieristico, varato nel 2001 e progettato dallo Studio GMP di Amburgo, sorge a nord della città su una superficie totale di 460 mila metri quadri (160 mila di aree verdi) ed è dotato di una stazione ferroviaria interna sulla linea Milano-Bari.
Con l’ampliamento dell'agosto 2006, il Quartiere riminese conta 169.000 metri quadri di superficie utile, 109.000 di superficie espositiva lorda, 16 padiglioni monoplanari, condizionati e oscurabili, aree di accoglimento, tecniche e per servizi, sale convegni modulabili fino a 730 posti, un funzionale e tecnologico centro operatori, una sala stampa con centro riversamento radiotelevisivo nazionale, ristoranti, free flow, punti ristorazione, 10.600 posti auto attrezzati a camper service, un’elisuperficie con servizio di elitaxi su prenotazione.
Il Quartiere è organizzato su un unico livello e interamente cablato; tre diversi ingressi intercollegati da bus navetta consentono lo svolgimento contemporaneo di più manifestazioni.
